How to Create an Autoresponder Type
This guide explains how to set up a new Autoresponder Type.
Autoresponder Types help you categorize and visually organize different kinds of automated messages (like contract notifications, welcome emails, etc.) within the system.
Steps
1️⃣ Navigate to Autoresponder Types
From the OpsAdmin main menu, select:
Documents → Autoresponder Types
This will open the list of existing autoresponder types.
2️⃣ Click "New Autoresponder Type"
Locate and click the “+ New Autoresponder Type” button. This will open a form to create a new type.
3️⃣ Enter Type Details
You’ll see fields to configure your new type.

Name:
Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g.,Contract Notification
,Welcome Email
,Renewal Reminder

Font Color:
Choose a color for the text label. This helps visually distinguish it in lists. -
Background Color:
Pick a background highlight color for the type. Together with the font color, this makes it stand out.
4️⃣ Save the Autoresponder Type
Once all fields are filled in, click the “Save” button at the bottom. The new Autoresponder Type will now appear in your list.
5️⃣ Verify in List
After saving, return to the Autoresponder Types list view. Locate your new type to ensure it was created correctly, with the chosen colors displayed.

- Use consistent naming (e.g., always start with
Contract
,Welcome
, orReminder
) so types are easier to filter later. - Choose contrasting font and background colors for readability.
